Never one to be content, FX airguns has shown the ability to listen to their customers and deliver. The FX Boss .30 cal big bore air rifle is just that. The .30 caliber Boss is FX?s first sporter air rifle to feature this larger caliber. All of which is based and housed around the Royale breech block, so it’s considered part of the Royale family of airguns.
The FX Boss features a .30 caliber Smooth Twist barrel, FX?s patented barrel design that has proven itself time and time again to be a consistent and accurate barrel (which is shrouded and moderated). The consistency is also delivered by the internally regulated action, which insures the same air flow through the valve regardless of how much air is or isn?t in the onboard air cylinder.
The Big Bore .30 cal beast in a soft touch synthetic stock.
This FX Boss comes in a soft-touch coated synthetic thumbhole stock that is right hand only (ambidextrous walnut and laminate stocks are available). A fully adjustable match trigger which is simply incredible is standard on all Boss rifles (and similar to those found on high end field target and 10m rifles). The onboard air cylinder can be filled to a max 250 bar (3600 psi) and will result in approximately 40 full power shots. Also included is one removable 9 shot rotary magazine.
